I wrote a haiku about my experience I was quite hungry I ordered gen tsao's chicken now I am quite sick typical take out. The chicken was flourescent red, had exactly three pieces of broccoli. The rice was a strange dark brown color. Tasted kind of odd. Egg roll was okay. I got steamed dumplings, which were yummy. my burps are so weird right now. why do I venture into the take out world? Take out is such a salty mistress. I don't think I will be ordering again, but it was worth a try CONCLUSION: takeout seems quite nice but its always a mistake don't be tempted too quality: burp. price: good

Was very disappointed with our dinner tonight. I had Shrimp with Spicy Sauce and it wasn't spicy at all. My son had Sesame Chicken and the sauce was red with sesame seeds, I remember this dish having a brown sauce & sesame seeds. It seems to me that all the sauces that are used at this establishment are red and taste the same. I feel that real authentic sauces should be used for various dishes and when they are to be spicy make them spicy, people who don't like spicy there are plenty of dishes on the menu that they can choose. I wish China Palace would make real fried rice not yellow rice. Changes should be implemented and to be honest it's our neighborhood Chinese restaurant and we are deeply disappointed. We normally aren't the type of people who complain but as people who love good food we felt this needed to be addressed.

Best and healthiest Chinese food I have ever tasted. Very nice environment and very friendly staff. Food is not greasy as they seem to use healthy oils. Lunch prices are amazing. Pepper steak is worth trying. They have fried rice with and also without pork so ask for which one you want. Highly recommended.

Average in its mediocrity. Not so bad as to cause intestinal discomfort. Just really, really average. Oh, and I've been to China. And this isn't what they eat. Anywhere.

This is about the fifth Chinese restaurant I've tried in WC area and the first one where I can say the food was reliably good. What a pleasure to get shrimp toast that wasn't swimming in grease or burnt, and fried rice that looks like fried rice, not bright Mexican yellow. I also like that this place is definitely a Chinese restaurant and not a "fusion" or semi-Thai place as I prefer Chinese food, and Thai not so much. Biggest minus is that they do not deliver, also they aren't close to downtown WC and you have to drive several miles out of town to a strip mall to pick up your food. At least the strip mall has plenty of free parking. There is a nice big, reasonably attractive (nothing special) space to "eat in" as well, if you want to do that. Note that it is BYOB, they only sell soda pop in the restaurant.

Almost, but not average. In other words, below average. Been here before, but tried it again when our main Chinese place closed. We ate in. Service was bad. The staff clearly didnt want to be there and they made it very clear. Food took a while and was less than great. Steamed dumplings were good. Egg rolls were decent. The rest was below average. What was listed as spicy was far from spicy. Wont go again. Moving on. Not worth the money even though it was cheep. Disappointed.

Decent take out, but nothing great. The General Tsao's Chicken was a little sweet with lots of sauce and no broccoli. The Kung Pao Shrimp had tons of celery, but few shrimp and not many, if any, peanuts. I'll probably eat here again, but nothing special.

Sooooo deliciousss. This is the restaurant that got me hooked on Chinese food when I was little. The wonton soup is to die for, as is the rest of their menu. A must-try if you're in the area or looking for an awesome Asian dinner!

Consistent, quality Chinese food is a tough find. This place shatters that notion. I get the chicken and broccoli, which is a good ratio of tasty chicken; all ingredients taste fresh. Soups and egg rolls are above the standard of Chines food. When I'm in the WC area, it's on top of the list for an indecisive dinner night. highly recommended...

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
